Event Marketing Trailer

This was an amazing opportunity to bring this idea to life for the Optima Batteries/FM3 team.  We were tasked to design and build the coolest new mobile stage , presentation rig for their events.  We started with a empty trailer and built out one of our coolest projects to date.  A full length p2.6 LED video wall featuring front serviceable panels. If there is ever a need to replace one due to transport damage or something unforeseen we can easily  swap them out and be back up and running.  The content is all controlled from a on board laptop and can easily be switched from live stream to the Prize wheel or even multi-screens for with different content playing for presentations or Awards ceremonies.

This project really shows off what we can do from design / engineering to fabrication / technology and interactive content.  The Prize wheel with giant LED trigger really came together in the last minute as a way to capture data and give out merch with some way for the team to measure how many folks are coming through at each event. Aluminum stairs and chrome moly railings along with a chuck wagon canopy up top for the observation deck.  Inside we built two huge lockable storage cabinets on each side of the video wall all color changable LED lighting and since Optima is a leader in 12volt power we built a power cabinet and wired up a massive Memphis Audio system with 14″ subwoofers, Loudspeakers and Components, a pair of bluetooth microphones then wrapped the entire rig with their new branding and 3m vinyl.
